The History of Shadyside
The Shadyside neighborhood was named in honor of a 19th-century Pennsylvania Railroad station in the area. Shadyside is situated in the East End of Pittsburgh and home to more than 13,000 residents. It is a place where unique boutiques mingle with mainstream businesses and historic homes fill tree-lined streets steps from culinary delights and hip community events.

Our building was constructed in 1903 and in each of our apartment rentals you’ll find features like exposed brick, impressive arches, and detailed cornices to match the history and unique culture of the Shadyside neighborhood.
